Kasia Szafraniec
Kasia has worked within the construction industry for the last 15 years. Her experiences range from stakeholder-driven housing association developments and complex commercial fit-outs to developer-led new builds, high-end automotive projects, and private residential extensions.
Kasia has held contract, project delivery, and customer-focused roles across the South of England, collaborating closely with various architectural practices to translate design intent into successful site delivery.
Tom Cullen
Tom Cullen
Tom has worked within the construction industry for the last 18 years. His experiences range from multimillion pound piling and civil engineering projects and complex district heating systems to listed building restorations and private residential refurbs and new builds.
Tom has held project and programme related roles at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, The National Trust and English Heritage as well as commecial project roles in Central London and the Channel Islands.
